The recent snowstorm did not stop them from coming over and fixing my poor fridge, which saved me from losing my snow-Armageddon preparedness shopping, and I did not have to visit the store again after the snow.
    Here's the kicker: while the repairman was here, we were running a load in the dishwasher. He spotted some water dripping under the door and told us the basic things to do to avoid a potentially costly repair. As a result, we were proud that we could "fix" the leak by following his advice, and he did not charge us for that. So, they know their appliances too.
